Over the course of 12 months on the Google Maps Views team, I spearheaded the end-to-end interaction design for upcoming conversational and generative AI features. Partnering closely with Product Management, I helped define the product vision, core use cases, and target audience for a new GenAI feature.

My day-to-day work centered heavily on architecting voice-first and AR interaction flows, specifically for Lens in Maps. By conceptualizing and animating North Star journeys, I crafted compelling narratives that guided future product development and increased leadership buy-in.

To bridge the gap between concept and launch, I drove the technical execution by collaborating directly with Engineering through detailed design specs, high-fidelity prototypes, and iterative usability testing, ensuring our complex AI capabilities translated into a polished, production-ready user experience.
