What are we waiting for?

The feature by The Verge aimed to capture the period of waiting that began once COVID-19 vaccines started rolling out. Those vaccinated weren’t quite sure if they should go out and return to business as usual. Visually, I wanted to build on the idea that we were proceeding with caution, also tying in the element of travel and movement of people. We built out elements that one would see on their daily commute, with a slight twist.
